I design and deliver wellness workshops and training for organisations operating in shift-based and high-demand environments, including aviation and similar industries. These sessions are tailored to teams who work irregular hours, operate across time zones, or spend extended periods away from base.
The focus is on translating health and wellbeing science into practical, realistic strategies that can be applied in day-to-day work. Participants gain a clearer understanding of how irregular schedules, fatigue, and stress impact the body and mind, along with practical tips and tools to support their energy, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
