I created Aviation Health to change that.

After years of working across commercial and corporate aviation - both flying and in aviation medicine training - the same gap kept appearing. We train crew extensively to protect passengers, yet there is far less space to explore what flying does to the crew’s bodies, minds, and energy, or how they can be supported in ways that actually work.

Grounded in medical science and real-world aviation experience, Aviation Health shares evidence-based, practical insight on nutrition, sleep, stress, and energy - designed specifically for aviation life.
